Rimi Rimi Ley

"Rimi Rimi Ley" was the Turkish entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2005, performed in Turkish.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title= Rimi rimi ley )
In the final, it was performed sixth, following the Norwegian entry and preceding Moldova's Zdob şi Zdub with "Boonika bate doba". At the close of voting, it had received 92 points, placing 13th in a field of 24.
Due to a technical error, one minute into the performance of Rimi Rimi Ley, a recording of "Boonika bate dobe" could clearly be heard mixed in with the backing track.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Gülseren - Rimi rimi ley (Turkey 2005) )
The song was succeeded as Turkish representative at the 2006 Contest by Sibel Tüzün with "Süper Star".
